Holding Space Through Sound & Breath

The Journey to Stillness: My path into sound healing didn't begin with a flute; it began with a search for silence. Like many, I found myself overwhelmed by the "noise" of modern life—the constant digital hum, the mental chatter, and the physical toll of a nervous system that forgot how to rest.

I discovered that while words can sometimes fail us, frequency does not. When I first heard the resonant call of the Native American Style flute, it wasn't just music; it felt like a homecoming. It taught me that healing isn't about "fixing" ourselves—it’s about harmonizing what is already there.

My Philosophy: I believe that sound is a bridge. It bridges the gap between the busy mind and the quiet heart. As a practitioner, I don’t consider myself a "healer" in the traditional sense, but rather a guide. I use the flute, singing bowls, and intentional frequency to create a container where your body feels safe enough to do what it was designed to do: restore itself.

Why I Do This: Whether I am hand-selecting a flute for a new student or facilitating a group sound bath, my mission is the same: to help you find your "inner resonance." Watching a person's face soften and their breath deepen during a session is why I dedicated my life to this craft.
